All staff will attend an orientation to learn about our company's best practices and the onsite skills that will be required.
Staff will need to download NextCrew Mobile app so that they can add their availability, and review and accept shifts.
Staff that embody a high level of service will be prioritized for future bookings - so arrive on time, be proactive, and ensure the event runs beautifully.
Staff payments are bi-weekly (every other Friday) and are made by direct deposit. All staff are contractors so no deductions will be made.
