
EVENT STAFF
Each individual on our roster is carefully selected. We review staff's resume, conduct an interview, provide training to selected candidates, and only book staff that are qualified for the role requested.

ORIENTATION
Our curated orientation details a wide range of event related topics including code of conduct, steps of service and uniform expectations. Staff also complete a hands-on tutorial of table set-up and service.

CERTIFICATION
All staff booked for serving roles are required to submit their Smart Serve Certificate before their first shift.

BOOKING
Through our scheduling app we are able to sort individuals so that only the most qualified and professional staff are booked for your event.
ONLINE ORDERING
Simply order through email by outlining your staffing requirements and event details.
WORK TIMES
Supervisors will sign staff in and out and times will be confirmed with our scheduling app.
STAFF UNIFORM
Choose between black bistro, white bistro, cocktail dresses or a custom uniform.
PREFERRED STAFF
Provide feedback on the staff so we can book the same staff for future events.
STAFF LIST
Receive a staff list no later than 24 hours before the event.
DAILY INVOICING
Receive your invoice the following business day.
